Malcolm Layton, with an MBA-Technology from AGSM at University of New South Wales (UNSW).
Malcolm's Strength in utilising subtractive and additive innovation techniques and models including Human Centred Design, Design Thinking, Lean and Agile methodologies allows him to bring a collaborative and creative approach to identifying complex problems and aligning solution providers.
With work and study in Open Innovation, Theory O and the power of storytelling, guiding his ability in delivering user-focused processes, products and services at a global and local scale.
His breadth of work has encompassed process and product analysis from ideation through to delivery for Creative, Digital and SaaS platforms for Startups, Fortune 500 companies, Government and leading global organisations such as Coca-Cola, Universal Studios, Aristocrat Technologies, Hallmark, Sony Pictures, Mattel, Harley Davidson and GigPick.
Malcolm continues to coach and mentor organisational leadership teams and their staff from Start-ups, Small to Medium Enterprises (SME), Government agencies through to global organisations. He is an active member of the mentor program for AGSM at University of New South Wales (UNSW) as well as mentoring teams through to the finals in the Peter Farrell Cup at UNSW Business school over the past two years.
